Offered in Arizona, California, Georgia, Nevada and Texas.
Lending Guidelines:
Program 1: 1st Mortgage
Loans to be secured by a first mortgage on the
borrower’s residence.
Interest rates of Prime plus 4.75%+.
Loan amounts ranging from $100,000 to $2
million.
Loan terms of 10-30 years.
Loan to value ratios of 65% or less.
Program 2: 2nd Mortgage
Home Equity Line of Credit Loans to be secured
by a second mortgage on the borrower’s residence.
Interest rates of Prime plus 6.75%+.
Loan amounts ranging from $30,000 to $250,000.
Loan terms 6 years or less.
Combined loan to value ratio of first and
second mortgage not to exceed 65%.
